Brandy Hill Farm
Brandy Hill Farm is a major renovation undertaken by HFF partner Soren Ferguson and Eny Lee Parker. Mixing modern and period correct details, the 18th century farm house was transformed from an abandoned structure to a modern livable space which balances its historical context with a modern design language.
The project included major alterations such as the addition of a bathroom and conversion of a historic horse stable into living quarters. All onsite work was managed and performed by Ferguson.
Whenever possible small custom details were added to the house to reflect Ferguson and Parker’s shared sensibilities around craft and material. Custom furniture was an expression of this along with other small details like carvings in the moulding and handmade tiles.
